Elections Remuneration for Elections Duty as per GO.543

GO.543 Dated 9.12.2005 ELECTIONS - PAYMENT OF  REMUNERATION/TA/DA FOR ELECTION DUTY

            Orders were issued for Payment of  Remuneration/TA/DA for for personnel drafted for Election Duty/ Election Training Classes Vide GO.1077 during 4th Ordinary elections to Panchayat Raj Institutions,2013. the Para.4 of the above States as follows:
          " In regard to the staff being drafted randomly from other constituencies covering Central Government/State Government/Banks/Insurance employees etc., specific instructions have been issued vide G.O.Ms.No.543 GA(Elec.C)Dept., dated 9.12.2005 shall be followed."

1. The executive and ministerial staff of Central Govt. and Public Sector Undertakingsbe Categorised as Grade-I, 11 or H for the purpose of T.A. and D.A.according to their Scale of Pay Detailed copy at apteachers.in
2. Where polling personnel areappointed from places beyond 300 Kms such personnel may be paid D.A. and T.A. admissible to them under the normal T.A. and D.A. rules applicable to them. They are also entitled to the benefit of 1 1/3 DA for the Purpose
3. The oficers put on duty at Distribution and Reception Centres will be paid flat rates of TA and DA as in the case of Presiding Officers/ Asst. PreSiding Oficers/ Polling Oficers with reference to the pay range applicable to them .
