Memo.118/R2-3 Director of School Education and Memo.7380/PE AP School Education Dept - Clarifications on Encashment of Half Pay Leave for Employees and Teachers working in ZP/MP and Municipal Institutions.
The Government of Andhra Pradesh vide Memo.7380 has informed the Director of School Education that the Orders issued in GO.MS.NO.342 Dated 30.9.1994, GO.234 Dated 27.10.1999 and GO.154 Dated 4.5.2010 (These GO's were issued for respective PRCs) are applicable to Government Employees only and not Applicable to the Panchayat Raj Institutions if the above orders are not extended to them.
Vide Memo.118/R2-3 the Director of School Education has communicated the Memo.7380 copy to all the DEOs and RJDs for immediate necessary action.
The GO's mentioned in the above Proceedings, gives us the information of Encashment of Half Pay Leaves at the retirement of Employees. The GO.154 Dated 4.5.2010 was issued during PRC 2010 on Encashment of Half Pay Leave at the time of retirement of State Government Employees.
Encashment of Half Pay Leave Not Applicable to ZP/Mpl Teachers
