Rc.23 Guidelines for Conducting School Complex Level Trainings for 2014-15-Instructions. As per the Rc.23/SSA/A3/2014 Dated 1.8.2014 SPD issued instructions for conducting School Complex Level Trainings for Primary and UP Level Teachers. PAB has approved 8 days training programme at primary and Upper Primary level with the sanction unit cost of Rs.100 per teacher.

Rc.23 Guidelines for Conducting School Complex Level Trainings for 2014-15

      All the District Educational Officers and Project Officers, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan are informed that the PAB has approved 8 days Complex Level trainings (cluster level) at Primary and Upper Primary Level teachers on expected themes. Organising meetings at cluster level is one of the Strategy to enhance the capacity building of the teachers to provide continuous support to the teachers for improvement of quality education. PAB has approved 8 days training programme at primary and Upper Primary level with the sanction unit cost of Rs.100 per teacher. 

Objectives for Complex Meetings

• 1. To enhance the capacity building of teachers to provide on Job support on continuum basis
• 2. To Shae and exchanging of experiences among the teachers and disseminating the best practices
• 3. To improve the quality education among the children through teachers.
• 4. To develop the concept of School Leadership.

In this regard for effective conducting of Complex meetings regarding the Guide lines and themes approved by PAB are annexed to the Progs.
The following instructions may be followed in conduct of complex level Meetings:

1. 1st complex meeting may be planned in the month of August 2014 to prepare Summative I Test Question paper. 
2. The Complex meetings at cluster level shall be organised on 22-8-2014 and 23-08-2014 at both primary and Upper primary level. 
3. The complex meetings are to be conducted as per the schedule and guidelines communicated from SPO from time to time. 
4. Teleconference is scheduled on 21.08.2014. Communicate to 6 each MRGs from Primary section from each Mandai (2 each MRGs from Telugu, English and Maths totally 6 MRGs) and two MRGs from upper Primary from each Mandai (one from Science and Maths) along with School Complex HMs and MEOs to participate in Teleconference.
5. Budget to be released for conduct the complex meetings and to pay the conveyance to the concerned to the concerned teachers..
6. Ensure that 100% of attendance of teachers in the complex level meetings. .
7. Feedback report along with target and achievement to be submitted to SPO.
8. To communicate guidelines and schedule copy to each complex H .M and H.Ms of the School and met the expenditure in the training programme budget at cluster level.

Complex meetings should organise without any hindrance to regular school activities.
Therefore, the District Educational Officers, the Project Officers, SSA in the state are requested to conduct the complex level trainings to teachers in an effective manner and submit physical and financial achievements and feedback report to the undersigned after completion of the programme

Identification of MRGs	A total of 6 Members @ 2 Resource Persons for Maths, English and Telugu will be identified in each Mandal.  They will help the Complex Head master in conduct of complex meetings	A total of 2 Members @ 2 Resource Persons for Maths and Science will be identified in each Mandal. Detailed Schedule is to be prepared at Mandal level with the help of Complex Headmasters. The prepared shedule is to be communicated to the schools, DPO/DEO in advance

Unit Cost	1. Conveyance Charges: Rs. 30/-		An amount of Rs.100/- is sanctioned to each participant.  It should be utilized properly as per the guidelines given by the SPO, A.P, Hyd and Ucs are to be submitted in time
	2. Working Lunch: Rs. 40/-
	3. TLM Preparation: Rs. 10/-		2. Hanarorium for the guest lecture can be paid @Rs. 200/- as minumum and Rs. 500/- as Maximum
