3. G.O.Rt.No.1197, PR & RD (E&R) Dept., dt.20.07.2013.
4. From the Secretary, State Election Commission, Lr. No.1421/SEC.B2/2013, dt.22.07.2013.
In the circumstances reported by the Secretary, State Election Commission, and Government after careful examination hereby issue the following amendment to para 3 of G.O.Rt.No.1197, PR & RD (E&R) Dept), dt.20.07.2013.
Para 3: The following rates of TA/DA shall be applied for officials drawing pay scales mentioned in the parentheses. For those falling outside these scales, the rates notified in G.O.Rt.No.1077, PR & RD (E&R) Dept. dt.01.07.2013 shall apply.
