Rc.541-RVM Two Day Orientation Conference on School Leadership Revised Schedule

RVM SSA: Proc.Rc.541/RVM(SSAl/Cl/2012,  Dated: 25.6.2013.
        All the District Educational Officers, the Project Officers of RVM (SSA) and the Principals of DIETs in the State are informed that a 2- day orientation-cum-conference on School Leadership, Standards, Inclusive Education and other themes to the District Educational Officers, Deputy Educational Officers, Mandal Educational Officers and Mandal Resource Group Members during June, 2013. The State Team Members, who trained at state level from 20- 21 May, 2013 will act as Resource Persons for district level orientation-cum-conference.
       Therefore the District Educational Officers and Project Officers of RVM (SSA) in the state are requested to take up the following measures to conduct district level orientation-cum-conference in their respective districts.
District-wise State Team Members allotted is at Annexure I
The list of Participants who attend the district level conference is as follows :
  • District Educational Officer 
  • Deputy Educational Officers 
  • Project Officer of RVM (SSA) 
  • IET Principal & DIET Staff 
  • Sectoral Officers of DPO. 
  • Mandal Educational Officers 
  • Mandal Resource Group Members 
       The training material and handouts of PPTs is annexed. A copy of each set (xerox copies) will be provided to each participant and to the State Team Members.

The following arrangements shall be made at district level for conduct of 2-day orientation-cum-conference
  • Good venue for accommodating 150 to 200 persons, LCD Projector along with computer.
  • Public address system,
  • Arrangements of banners, o Food arrangements,
  • Logistic support
  • Accommodation for State Resource Teams.
  • Local Transport to the State Team Members
  • Documentation of the programme.
  • T.A., D.A., and Honorarium will be paid to the State Team 
  • Members at SPO on submission of report and T.A bills.
  • T.A., D.A shall be paid by the DPO to the participants as per APTA Rules.
