Attention is invited to the subject and references cited. Vide the letter under Reference 1st cited, the Savara Vidya Volunteers Aikya Seva Sangham, Valasaguda, Vizianagaram District informed that MLE Vidya Volunteers are working in GPS, GES and MPP Schools existing in remote tribal villages with an honorarium of 1500/- to Rs.2000/- only and condition of VVs is worse than NREGS labour and requested the SPD to regularize MLE VVs as per GO Ms. No.3 and raise the Honorarium to Rs. 10,500/- to lead BPL life.
Vide Letter under Reference 2nd cited the POs of RVMs were directed not engage any VV for the year 2013-14. The POs of RVMs are once again directed not to engage any VV in any school including MLE Schools for the year 2013-14.
