Rc.1147/APKGBV/2013 Mobile based School Attendance Monitoring System for 368 KGBVs under RVM management - Training Programme for SOs/Senior CRTs in entering and transmitting data.
The Details of Rc.1147 as follows:
All the Project Officers ofRajiv Vidya Mission (SSA) in the State, except Hyderabad and West Godavari, are informed that, it is decided to institute a Mobile-based (SMS) Students and Staff Attendance Tracking System in all the KGBVs in order to monitor the attendance with immediate effect. In this connection, HAS Soft Technologies, has been contracted to set up the system. This will graduate to an Online Monitoring System as soon as the data entry is complete and internet connection available in all KGBVs.
In order to ensure that all have the same understanding regarding the process, it is decided to conduct a one-day training programme at the Regional Level on how to use the system. This training programme will be conducted by HAS Soft Technologies from 26 August, 2013, as per the Schedule given below:

- 2. Total no of students in the KGBY.

- 5. Status oflnternet Connectivity.
