Rc.512/RVMCSSA )/C4/2012-RVM Instructions on Releasing of Amounts to the agencies supplied uniform cloth for the year 2012-13

In continuation of this office Proceedings 1st cited, the District Project Officers of RVM (SSA) are here by informed that instructions were issued to release 90% amount to the agencies for supply of uniform cloth. The Technical Experts Committee has recommended for imposition of cut for deviation of specifications on the amounts to be paid to agencies supply of uniform cloth in the districts for the year 2012-13.
The Details are given in the Proceedings.
The Project Officers are requested to take further action for release of remaining balance amount of 10% by cutting the percentages mentioned to the agencies, pertaining to 2012-13 immediately.
The Project Officers of RVM(SSA) are hereby further instructed to issue necessary instructions to all the SMCs of their districts and see that amount (percentages) specified above is to be cut from the value of cloth to be released to the agencies and report the details of the amount thus retained with SMCwise to the
undersigned for further action.
The Project Officer of RVM(SSA) West Godavari, Prakasam and Warangal are requested to send the sample cloth supplied by the agencies mentioned above for retesting of the cloth.
