Rc.602/RVM(SSA)/C2/2013. Dated: 21-09-2013 RVM(SSA)- U-DISE 2013-14. Communication of Schedule for collection of Data for U-DISE 2013-14. The data related to schools, infrastructure, teachers, and enrollment is being collected every year through DISE since 2002-03. After collection. the data is entered in the are providing by NUEPA at District Project Offices.From the year 2012-13 as per the MHRD instructions the collection of DISE Data is extended up to higher secondary level/ Junior Colleges.

Details of Rc.602  U-DISE 2013-14 Date Collection

                All the Project Officers of RVM (SSA) and District Educational Officers in the state informed that, the data related to schools, infrastructure, teachers, and enrollment is being collected every year through DISE since 2002-03. After collection. the data is entered in the are providing by NUEPA at District Project Offices. The district wise data is merged at State level and the same is furnished to MHRD, NUEPA and Ed.CIL for merging at National. From the year 2012-13 as per the MHRD instructions the collection of DISE Data is extended up to higher secondary level/ Junior. Colleges i.e. U -DISE.
            Accordingly the Tentative Schedule for collection of Data for U -DISE 2013-14 is with communicated for taking necessary action.
            It is further informed that as per the tentative schedule the following training prorammes are to be conducted at state level/ district level and mandal level in connection with collection of Data for U- DISE data for the year 2013- 14. They are as follows.

1. 2 day workshop with ASO & APOs of District Project Offices or DEOs. 1 ASO from C&DSE. Director RMSA, Director Intermediate Edn, Commissioner Intermediate on generation of Data for the year 2013-14 and Printing of U-DISE DCF from U -DISE soft ware from  26-09-2013 to 27-09-2013 at  SPO. RVM (SSA) . Hyderabad
2. One day state level training to 1 Dy.EO, 1 ALS Coordinator, 1 MIS /Planning Hyderabad. Coordinator and 1 ASO from 0/o DEO  on 28-09-2013 at SPO, RVM (SSA).
3. One day district level training to mandal level Training teams @ 3 from each mandal ( 1 MEO. 2 MRG teachers), PMRC in-charges, Dy.EOs. RIOs, DVEOs not more than 50 participants in each spell- Distribution of DCFs from 07-10-2013 to 10-10-2013 at District Level.
4. One day mandal level training to HMs at Mandals/ District level training to Principals of Junior Colleges, by RIOs, DVEOs, and Dy.EOs on Distribution of DCFs om 18-10-2013 at Mandal / District Level.

          Therefore they are requested to depute the ASO & APOs of District Project Offices or to attend the 2 days training program from 26-09-2013 to 27-09-2013 to be held at state Project Office. RVM (SSA) AP Hyderabad along with Laptop and oracle software  and also to depute (1 Dy.EO, 1 ALS Co-ordinator, l MlS/ Planning Coordinator and 1 ASO from O/o DEO) to the One day state level training to district teams@ 4 from each district to at SPO RVM (SSA) on 28-09-2013 and directed to report to the Planning Coordinator office to receive further instructions.
