The Director of School Education has issued Orders to All District Educational Officers for Preservation of Earned Leaves (ELs) for the Teachers handling 9th, 10th Class who Participated in RMSA Trainings held in May/June 2012 (From 15.05.2012 to 11.06.2012).

As Per Rc. Proc.Rc.No.819-C/RMSA/2013, dated:23.04.2012 & 30.04.2012 dated: 05-05-2012 Subject wise RMSA Teachers trainings were conducted in Spells and Each Spell for 5 Days. Hence as Per Ratio 3 ELs may be credited

- All the District Educational Officer in the State are invited to the reference read above, and they are informed that, the Project Director, RMSA, Hyderabad has issued orders for conducting of In-service training programme at District level for secondary teachers English, Hindi, Physical Science and Social Studies subjects for the teachers handling 9th and 10th classes in the State during the summer vacation in Residential mode i.e., from 15.05.2012 to 11.06.2012. Teachers working in and handling class IX and X in Government, Zilla Parishad, Municipal, Ashram Schools, APTWREIS, APSWREIS, APREIS and Aided Managements were also involved in the training programme.
- Therefore, all the District Educational Officer in the state are instructed to take action for Preservation of Earned Leave to the teachers who participated in the training programmes conducted in summer vacation by Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) during the year May/June 2012 as per Sub-rule (6) and (15) of F.R.82 duly verifying the Training deputation orders issued by attendance certificate of participants and make necessary entries in the S.Rs of the teachers. Any deviation and violation of rules will be viewed seriously.
- This has the approval of the Commissioner and Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
