It is important to Update the Aadhar UID Number of Students in Child Info Website to monitor the implementation of various Government schemes viz., Mid-Day-Meal,  Distribution of Uniforms, Distribution of Text Books etc., through child info Web Site link, as a lot of misuse can be avoided in implementation..

Sub: SSA, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad - Updation of Aadhaar UID Number in Child Info web site - Certain Instructions - Issued - Reg.

1. A statement showing district wise and class wise data entry status as on 06.08.2014 (Child Info Web Site) is enclosed herewith. As per the status, the details of 54,98,548 children studying up to 1oth class were entered in Child Info Web Site.
2. It is noticed that Aadhaar UID Number was not entered in some cases.
3. In view of this, all the District Educational Officers and Project Officers of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan in the state are requested to issue necessary instructions to all the Mandal Educational Officers/Head Masters and other field level functionaries concerned to get Aadhaar UID Number entered for all children and complete the data entry of all new admissions of all schools in the state by the end of August, 2014.
4. They are further requested to personally supervise the data entry and have a thorough review on this item of work in regular intervals so as to ensure completion of entry of Aadhaar UID Number by this month end.
5. They are also requested to monitor the implementation of various Government schemes viz., Mid-Day-Meal, Distribution of Uniforms, Distribution of Text Books etc., through child info Web Site link, as a lot of misuse can be avoided in implementation.
