1. The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and all the District Educational Officers in the State of Andhra Pradesh is invited to the reference 2nd read above (copy enclosed) and they are informed that Government have decided to go strictly according to the orders of Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh and accordingly want to know the factual position, if the promotions as well as rationalization is effected in accordance with the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.40, Education Dt: 18.06.2013. 
2. While enclosing a copy of the Govt. Memo 2nd read above the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to work out the promotions to be given and transfers to be made if rationalization is done as per T.P. Ratio (as on 31.08.2014) and as per the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.40, Education Dt:18.06.2013. They are further informed that it is only a preliminary exercise to know the factual position of rationalization. 
3. All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education are requested to monitor with the District Educational Officers and ensure the report is submitted in the proformae annexed to these proceedings by 31.01.2015. 
4. This has the approval of the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
