AP Promotion Lists Proforma 2023 Download | Guidelines for Preparation of Promotion Lists. AP SSA DCEB has released the Promotion Lists Proforma for Primary Schools and Promotion List Proforma-UP Schools in CCE Model. This CCE Model Promotion List Proforma should be used for preparation of Final Results and for promoting the Students for Higher Classes. DCEB has also issued certain guidelines for Preparation of Promotion Lists for Primary and UP Level in AP.

- Two Promotion List Proformas are given by SSA. One for Primary Level, another for UP Level.
- The Primary Level Promotion Lists Proforma for 1-5th Classes has 4 General Subjects while the UP Level proforma for 6-7th Classes has 6 general Subjects, 8th Class Proformas has 7 General Subjects. (eg; Telugu, English, Maths, EVS, Physics, Biology, Social and Hindi)
The four subjects in Co-curricular Activities:
- Work and Computer Education.
- Cultural Education.
- Health and Physical Education.
- Moral Education and Value Education
Calculation of Marks for Preparation of Promotion Lists 2023
Promotion Lists has to be prepared by all Schools in the State. Here is the formula for preparation of Promotion Lists. The Weightage of Formative and Summative Assessments in preparation of Promotion Lists is given below.
Preparation of Promotion Lists for 2022-23 Academic Year in AP Schools. Weightage of Marks for Formative Exams (FA-1,FA-2,FA-3,FA-4) Summative-1, Summaive-2 Table. This Formulation has been given by District Authorities. If any State Formula is released, We will update it here in this post.

Calculation for Primary Classes (1-5): (FA 1)+(FA 2)+(FA 3)+(FA 4)+(SA 1)= 50+50+50+50+50 = 250 M Reduced to 50 Marks and SA2 for 50 Marks, Total for 100M. |
Calculation for 6th, 7th & 8th Classes: (FA 1)+(FA 2)+(FA 3)+(FA 4)+(SA 1)= 50+50+50+50+80 = 280 M Reduced to 20 Marks and SA2 for 80 Marks, Total for 100M. |
Calculation for 8th Class PS : (FA 1)+(FA 2)+(FA 3)+(FA 4)+(SA 1)= 50+50+50+50+40 = 240 M Reduced to 10 Marks and SA2 for 40 Marks, Total for 50M. |
