Cir 22 Provide SSA Grants Withdrawal Purpose on the Back Side of Cheque. As per the Instructions of State Project Director, SSA, AP, Hyd vide Circular No.22/Fl/AP SSA/2014 Dated:9.06.2015, now it is mandatory and for Head Masters HM, Providing information on the back side of the cehque/Instrument at the time of drawl of funds from the Sub District Unit level. The SSA releases various grants every year. For Schools, School Grants, School Maintenance Grants, and Civil Grants are released and the grants are withdrawn by Head Masters along with SMC Chairmen/Chair Persons after the resolution of SMC. Now all the HMs should Provide the Purpose of Withdrawal of Amount of the from Bank. Details of the Circular No.22 is as follows:

• Sub: APSSA, Hyderabad - Providing information on the back side of the cehque/Instrument at the time of drawl of funds from the Sub District Unit level- Instructions issued- Reg. 

1. Attention of all the Project Officers is invited to the subject cited wherein, Andhra Bank has developed a Web Portal to monitor SSA Grant wise receipts & Expenditure at Sub District Units. To monitor the intervention wise unspent balances at Sub district Unit Level, it is directed to provide the following information to the Andhra Banker on back side of the Cheque/instruments at the time of drawl of the funds from the SSA Accounts of Sub District Units. The information is as follows

Name of the Grant	Type of Withdrawal : Advance or Expenses	F.Y	Purpose of Drawl	Signature

In this connection all the Project Officers of AP are directed to instruct all MEOs and HMs/SMCs Chairmens to provide the details of the funds withdrawn particulars on the back side of the chque/Instruments without fail. Failing which the cheque /Instrument will not be honored by the Andhra Banker.
