ORDER:
- The attention of all Commissioners of Municipalities /Municipal Corporations in the State is invited to the reference cited ( copy enclosed) and informed that the Hon'ble Minister for Municipal Administration & Urban Development , Urban Water Supply and Urban Planning, desires that all the Head Masters of Municipal High Schools in the State be provided with Tablet PCs as part of the ongoing initiatives being taken up in Municipal School Education Programme, as a pre-requisite for using ICT effectively and for better monitoring and evaluation of the programs on a daily basis and deployment of tools such as bio-metrics, student appraisal etc.
- Therefore, all Commissioners of Municipalities I Municipal Corporations in the State are requested to procure and provide tablet PCs to their respective school Head Masters as per the revised specifications of the tablets (copy enclosed) given by the ITC Department from their general funds.
