- The attention of the Commissioner and School Education AP, Hyderabad is invited to the references cited and informed that certain guidelines were issued in Memo No.1 cited regarding relief of teachers who were transferred in 2013 counselling and not relieved for want of substitute. Further certain individuals requested to cancel their earlier transfer orders so as to enable them to participate in the ensuing transfers counselling .
- After careful examination of the matter, Government here by permit the Commissioner & Director of School Education, AP, Hyderabad to cancel the transfer orders of the teachers issued in 2013 and not relieved for want of substitute and not willing to relieve now. She is also permitted to allow them to apply for Online Transfer in ensuing Transfer counselling 2015-16
