Sub:- RMSA -instructions for remittance of unspent non-recurring grants released to SMDCs in the State under Phase-III - Orders - Issued - Regarding.
Read:-1. Minutes of the meeting held on 25.06.2015 in the Chambers of Secretary to Government, SE Dept. 2.Lr.No.836/T7/MD/ APEWIDC/RMSA-Ph-III/2014-15, dt.10.08.2015 of the MD, APEWIDC, Hyderabad
- The under mentioned District Educational Officer & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators of RMSA and Head Masters and Chairmen, SMDCs in the State are informed that a review meeting was held on 25.06.2015 in the Chambers of Secretary to Government, SE Dept with Commissioner of School Education and Ex-Officio Project Director, RMSA-AP, Hyderabad and Managing Director, APEWIDC, Hyderabad on construction of progress of civil works under RMSA Phase-I, II & III in the State.
- As per the minutes of the meeting 1st read above, the Government instructed the MD/Chief Engineer, APEWIDC , Hyderabad to furnish the list of schools District wise which are completed I in completion stage 1 roof laid under Phase-III. Accordingly, the MD, APEWIDC has submitted report vide reference 2"d read above.
- In view of the above, a decision was taken by the under signed that the unspent funds available with the SMDCs concerned as per the enclosed list (at column No.9) should be remitted back into the bank Account of State RMSA, A.P., Hyderabad through ECS immediately by 31.08.2015 without fail which in turn will be released to APEWIDC accordingly.
- Therefore, the under mentioned District Educational Officer & Ex Officio Project Coordinators of RMSA are requested to call the concerned Head Masters and arrange to remit back the amounts mentioned in the enclosed statement (at Column No.9) to the RMSA State office Account and submit a consolidated compliance report with remittance particulars and submit the same through E-mail/ hard copy to State RMSA office without fail by 31.08.2015.
- An urgent compliance report in the matter is highly appreciated.
