- In continuation of this office letter 8th cited and the issue of Up-graduation of posts of Language Pandits in pursuance of discussion the Commissioner of School Education had with the Secretary to Government, School Education with regard to up-graduation of Language Pandit post in High School as School Assistant (Languages) it is observed instead of up-grading the posts in Phased manner or year after year and as the High Schools are to be provided with School Assistants as per staff pattern, if is suggested to examine the availability of the No. of Language Pandits in High Schools at 1st instance and the Government for faking a decision. www.apteachers.in
- I wish to further submit that as per U-DISE 2014-15. the No. of Language Pandits in High Schools (Govemment/Zilla Parishad) is 6930 in 13 Districts, (the District wise date annexure-A is enclosed) and the financial implication for one post on promotion of Language Pandits in the upgraded posts as School Assistant (Languages) will be Rs.1983/- per month. The financial implication will increase in ascending order. basing on the No.of posts to be up graded is enclosed in Annexure-B.
- I request the Government to issue appropriate orders in the matter
