ORDER:
Government have constituted separate services for the posts of Municipal Commissioners, Municipal Engineers and Municipal Health officers under the state as per section 80 of AP Municipalities Act,1965. The other employees of municipalities including teachers have not so far constituted into separate service under the provisions of the Act. It is appropriate to issue rules for A.P. Municipal Educational Subordinate Service for the posts of teachers working in municipal schools in the State under Section 326 read with sub -section 2 of Section 80 of AP Municipalities Act,1965. Government have examined the matter and decided to issue separate service rules for the posts of all categories of teachers working in the Municipal Schools under the control of Municipalities in Andhra Pradesh. The following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 326 read with Sub- section (2) of section 80 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (Act No. 6 of 1965), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following rules for the Andhra Pradesh Municipal Educational Subordinate Service constituted in G.O.Ms. No.318, MA&UD Department, Dt: 07.12.2016.
