- A Copy of Government orders received through reference 7th read above is herewith communicated to all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state for taking necessary further action as ordered by Government in the matter immediately.
- The Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are informed that due to amending the Rules 2(iii), 6,7,8,9,10 of G.O.Ms.No.32, School Edn.(Ser.II) Dept., dt.04.06.2017 there is no need for the teachers who have already applied for transfers through online to edit the relevant fields in their applications. The system will automatically generate the points as per their eligibility and will upload the modifications against their online Application.
- As it has been facilitated to apply for request transfers in respect of teachers who have completed a minimum period of 2 Academic years of service in a school as on 30.04.2017, teacher appointed on or before 17.11.2015 may apply for request transfer. Such teachers should apply for transfers before 23.06.2017 by 5.00 P.M without fail.
- The District Educational Officers in the state are therefore, requested to give wide publicity in their districts in the matter for awareness of the teachers through print media and also electronic media immediately.
