Sub: School Education Issue of Rules The Andhra Pradesh Teachers (Regulation of Transfers) Rules Certain Ctantications / Further Instructions Issued Reg.
All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that the instructions issued at Paint No.2 in the reference 18th read above With regard to
1. Regarding the clarification issued at Point No.12 in this office Proc 14th read above, the three surplus teacher posts under Govt Management should be allotted to the needy Govt. High Schools (instead of ZP High Schools) depending upon the strength in descending order.
2.Those teachers who are shifted due to rationalization 2011/2013 and are again getting into transfer zone due to rationalization/merging may be given station category points given in 2011/2013 as the case may be, not exceeding 8 academic years.
3. If the School Assistant acted/acting as FAC HM of High School, he/she is eligible to get CCE/SSC points either in SA cadre/ FAC HM Cadre which is beneficiary to them. Similarly. Gr.II HMs handled/ handling subjects of any classes in High Schools may also be allowed CCE/SSC Points as per their eligibility.
The following lists should be submitted to the IT Cell of this office immediately regarding upgraded posts of Language Pandits/PETs in terms of G.0 Ms No.144 Fin Dt.02.08.2016.

"Those teachers who are shifted due to rationalization 2011/2013 and are again getting into transfer zone due to rationalization/merging may be given station category paints given in 2011/2013 as the case may be not exceeding 8 academic years" is hereby withdrawn.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to take necessary immediate action accordingly in the matter.

- Effected Teachers (LP/PETs) who were adjusted against the clear vacancies.

- List of teachers kept under DEO's Pool with details of the Schools where they are shown/ adjusted.
