Attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the references read above and it is informed of the following for necessary follow-up and also immediate action.

Key Points of the proceedings are as follows:
I. Spouse Points Clarifiation:

1. (a) Teachers who availed Spouse Points may opt for a nearest available vacancy to the spouse working place 
2. (b) If both the spouses are under compulsory transfer / rationalization, he/she may be permitted to opt any place in the district. 
3. (c) If one of the spouses is under compulsory transfer / rationalization, the spouse who is in the first spell counseling may be allowed to opt any place in the district, if his / her spouse is under compulsory transfer / rationalization. 
4. (d) If the spouse is working in neighboring district / adjacent district, the teacher availing spouse points should opt nearest place in the district to the working place of her / his spouse in adjacent district. 

(II) With regard to the teachers who taught multiple subjects in SSC exam, he / she may be allotted performance points duly taking average % of results in such multiple subjects taught.

(III) The clarification given in Proc.Rc.No. 190/Estt-111/2017, Dated:-05.07.2017 at point at 8 regarding "allowing station category points to the teachers/HMs transferred in 2015 and now affected under rationalization" is hereby withdrawn.

Further, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are also informed that, based on the queries and emails/sms being received from various quarters, it appears that there is some confusion about points relating to certain parameters.

Hence, the following clarifications are issued and the same may be brought to the notice of all the MEDs, DYEOS, Headmasters and Teachers and shall take necessary follow-up action immediately.

1. SSC: a. For SSC Marks for the year 2015-16, the entry is enabled in verification officer login. Appropriate option should be selected. The average of two years marks will be taken and the same will be reflected in the seniority list. b. The SSC marks for the oriental schools will be updated by 12.07.2017 at 10.00 AM.
2. MDM: a. The Mid Day Meal points will be as per the range of submission of attendance/meals taken through SMS/APP as given in the GO. The percentage of submission of MDM attendance/meals taken will be based on the NIC & AP Online Data for the period under consideration. The eligible points and the % range of submission is mentioned in the PDF Form of respective Teacher/HM.
3. CCE: a. Regarding the teachers working under work adjustment are claiming for CCE marks in the present school hence, the DEOs may take necessary action for allowing them the points they are entitled for in the matter.
   b. In UP or High School, the CCE/SSC marks related points will depend on what is indicated by the Teachers. If he/she indicates HM Post, he/she will get Institutional CCE/SSC points. If he/she indicates Teacher post, he/she will be allotted Individual CCE/SSC points.
   c. The teachers under deputation and claiming CCE/SSC marks should be deleted by the verification officers at the time of verification.
4. Service Points: a. In total marks, there will be difference, this is due to the total service entitlement marks are restricted to 43. b. The teachers effected by Rationalisation during 2015 and now also effected in Rationalization, for those, the allotment of points are enabled in verification officer’s login.
5. APEX Points: Minimum 10 transactions should be made to gain points under this component. The list of eligible persons is placed in APEX Portal for ready reference.
6. Compliant Box: A compliant box is hosted in the web cse.ap.gov.in at teacher corner. All the issues regarding allotment of points will be resolved through this service alone.
7. A special team may be constituted at District Level to monitor overall verification process and update their report to pmucse@apschooledu.in
