Government increases Dearness Allowance once in a 6 months period. Hence all the GOs and DA Rates DA Applicable dates in PRC 2015 are given below. As the effect date of PRC 2015 is from 1.7.2013, the Dearness Allowance of 63.344% as on 01.07.2013 was merged in the pay as recommended by the Pay Revision Commission; The Revised Scales of Pay will be implemented notionally from 01.07.2013 with monetary benefit from 02.06.2014; The benefit of the Revised Scales of Pay, 2015 would be paid in cash starting from the salary for the month of April 2015.

- One Important Note is that the, Dearness Allowance (DA) is regulated at 0.524% for the State Employees for every one percent of Dearness Allowance sanctioned to the Employees of Government of India with effect from 01.01.2014 as per GO 47 Dated 30-04-2015 in PRC 2015.
