- Government had intended to obtain Budget Estimates from the DDO level for the year 2018-19 as a part of reforms in processing of budget. Accordingly, in the G.O. 1st cited, instructions were issued for preparation and online submission of Number statements and Budget Estimates for the year 2018-19 from DDO level. Through Finance Department Portal, online facility was also given to all DDOs in the State to submit number statements and Budget Estimates 2018-19. As on date, out of 21,466 DDOs mapped, 11,715 submitted Employees Data and 9,076 DDOs submitted Budget Estimates through online. The remaining DDOs Yet to submit Employees Data and Budget Estimates.

Therefore, the Heads of Departments and Administrative Departments of Secretariat are requested to inform and instruct all the DDOs working under their control to complete the process of online submission of Number Statements and Budget Estimates 2018-19 by 31-12-2017 as online facility given to them will be closed on completion of 24th hour of 31-12-2017.
