33 Days ELs proposals Rejected Samaikhya Andhra Memo 3957. Govt has rejected the 33 Days Earned Leaves ELs proposals for Samaikhya Andhra Period vide Memo No Memo.No.3957/Services.II/2015, Dated 01/12/2017 and they are communicated vide Rc.No.94/A85I/2015 Dt. 01-01-2018. The attention of the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam is invited to the reference cited. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby reject the request of teachers to credit the ELs for which they are not entitled as the ELs had not been debited from their accounts earlier.
