All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, and all the District Educational Officers, in the state is invited reference read above, where in the JEO Medical Reimbursement Dept Dr NTRVST has requested furnish the data of Grant in Aid employees in the following proforma in soft copy's to generate health cards under EHS.
