- Ref:- Note orders Dt.12-06-2018 of the Vice Chairman and Special Chief Secretary to Government, School Education Department, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.
- The attention of all the District Educational Officers and Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Principals of A.P.Model Schools in the State is invited to the reference read above and they are hereby informed that, Government have decided to conduct transfers to Principals and teachers of A.P.Model Schools due to enormous representations receiving from certain teachers and Principals of A.P.Model Schools in the State.
- in this connection they are informed that, to make an announcement to teachers of A.P.Model Schools within jurisdiction that, to fill the online applications for transfers who are interested as per schedule issued by this Office duly following the guidelines, which are hosted in the https://cse.ap.eov.in/DSE/.
- All the District Educational Officers and Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and all the Principals of A.P.Model Schools in the State are hereby instructed to follow the schedule and guidelines without deviation to conduct online transfer counselling within the Zone as well as Inter Zonal transfers to teachers of A.P.Model Schools in the State.
- The Schedule and Guidelines are herewith enclosed and any deviation against the guidelines will be viewed seriously

GUIDELINES FOR TRANSFERS OF A.P.MODEL SCHOOLS-2018 1. APPLICATIONS- (a) The Principals I PGTs TGTs who have completed two years of service in the present school as on 30.06.2018, are eligible to apply fort transfer.The Principal shall apply for state wide transfer and the PGTs/TGTs can apply for Zonal transfer / Inter-zonal transfer.
- (b) The Principals / PGTs / TGTs,who required transfer, shall submit application through online at httes;//cse.ap.govia. The online applications received through the website shall only be considered for transfer and processed further.
- (a) The preious applications sent in any manner to the State office are stand cancelled and shall not be considered for these transfers. All those Principals/PGTs/TGTs who have submitted their applications previously shall apply online if they required transfer,
- (d) The Applicants shall have the valid Cell Number which is registered with e-Hazar system for applying online.
- (e) Once the Applicant submits an application through online it shall be final. NO Principal / teacher is allowed to apply twice online.
- (f) The Applicants shall scan and upload the necessary Certificates duly signedby the concerned authority while submitting application online.
- (g) With regards to PGTs TGTs, the Principal concerned shall have to verify the online applications and all the enclosures subrnitted carefully and shall confirm / edit and confirm if found all the details and enclosures are found correct I reject if necessary. If the application is rejected, the Applicant concerned can submit the same application again duly rectify all the errors identified in the given time schedule. After confirmation by the Principal, the online applications along with enclosures will be forwarded to the DEC concerned and the DEO concerned shall have to confirm the online applications duly verifying all the enclosures carefully.
- (h) With regards to Principals I Principals (FAC), the DEO concerned shall have to verify the online applications and all the enclosures subnaitted carefully and shall confirm / edit and confirm if found all the details and enclosures are found correct / reject if necessary. If the application is rejected, the Applicant concerned can submit the same application again duly rectify all the errors identified in the given time schedule.
- (a) The Provisional Seniority Lists for all categories of posts and zonal wise will be prepared basing on the preferential category / entitlement points and will be displayed at website.
- (c) If any objections / grievances regarding seniority, the Applicants can submit the same though the online link provided and the same will be forwarded to the DEO concerned. The DEOs shall verify all the objections / grievances carefully and can reject or edit the details in application accordingly.
- (d).Pany objections / grievances shall be sorted out at DEOs concerned level only in stipulated time schedule and the DEOs are held responsible for the purpose. (e) The final seniority lists will be displayed at website and those shall be final. After displayed the Final Seniority Lists, no objection / grievance shall be encouraged under any circumstances.
- (f) If any tie-up occurred in the seniority lists, the following order of preference shall be taken in to account for fixing seniority:
- (i) Date of Birth among the same seniority.
- (ii)Women among the same seniority.
- (iii) As pe the decision of the CSE.
- (a) Transfers of all the categories shall only be taken up through the Web counseling as per the vacancies opened,
- (b) The needy vacancies available will only be displayed for the transfers for all categories for Zonal transfers and the needy and clear vacancies available will only be displayed at the time of co unsellingfor the transfers for all categories for Let-el-zonal transfers.
- (c) The Principals can opt available vacancies in the state.
- (d) The PGTs TGTs, applied for zonal transfer, can opt available needy vacancies in the concerned zone only.
- (e) The Interzonal transfers shall be taken up after completion of zonal transfers and for available needy and clear vacancies in other zones which will be displayed at the time of counselling and the Applicants shall abide the rules in force'in this regard.
- (I) There is no withdrawal facility of transfer application once confirmed by the Principal / DEO. However, the applicants can opt any of the following options as per their requirement:
- (i)If any Applicant not opted the places during the schedule of web counselling, the application will be deemed to be cancelled and shall not be allowed for counselling after due dates under any circumstances.
- (ii) The applicants can opt any number of places as per their need_ If any of the place opted is not allotted to the applicant, his/her original place will be retained.
- (iii) Once any place allotted from the opted places in counselling, it shall be final and shall not be cancelled I changed under any circumstances.
