- The kind attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the reference read above regarding E-Hazar in School Education Department. it observed that t. average teacher's attendance 96% tremendous Improvement In the bio-metric attendance of Teachers across the state. Honorable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradosh has instructed to make the attendance ,
- Further, the remaining 4% are the identified as NETWORK schools. Since the Government has mandated to capture attendance through , E- Hazar in all offices and institutions across the state it is proposed to obtain the bio-metric, attendance through offline for the school having no network.
- In this regard all the District Educational Officers in the state are instructed to identify and confirm the "NO NETWORK'. schools by constituting a committee with the following members.
- District Educational Officer Convener
- DYEO Concerned Member
- MEO Concerned Member
- E-Hazar Nodal Officer Member
- Further. the consolidated list of 'NO NETWORK.' schools should be submit, in the prescribed proforma enclosed to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P along with the signatures of the committee members on or before 09.07.2018 and the process of the offline Biometric attendance should start from 16.07-2018.
