Rc 3150 Notional Increments to DSC 2008 Clarification to Nellore DEO. School Educaiton - Notional Increments in the pre-revised scales of 2010 in respect of Teachers who were selected through DSC 2008 Notification and appointed after 1.7.2011 on Hamipatralu - Certain Clarifications issued. DEO SPSR is informed to implement the orders issued in GO. Rt No 140 dated 27.6.2018 in respect of the teachers recruited through DSC 2008 and appointed after 1.7.2011 under Hamipatralu whether they have given assurance certificates or not.
Rc 3150 Notional Increments to DSC 2008 Clarification to Nellore DEO
- The attention of the District Educational officer, SPSR.Nellore is informed that during recruitment of Teachers through DSC-2008, the Government have instructed the DEOs to issue Hamipatralu to the waiting list candidates who are selected but not issued posting orders due to lack of vacancies. It is noticed that some of the DEOs have not issued Hamipatralu to the Teachers concerned but issued posting orders directly.
- Further, it is informed that Government have issued G.O.Rt.No.140 dated 27-06-2018 to allow notional increments in the pre-revised scales of 2010 and then fix pay in Revised Pay Scales of 2015 in respect of teachers who were selected through DSC-2008 Notification and appointed after 01.07.2011 on "Hamipatralu".
- Therefore, the DEO, SPSR Nellore is informed to implement the orders issued in G.O.Rt.No.140 dated 27-06-2018 in respect of the Teachers recruited through DSC-2008 and appointed after 01-07-2011 under Hamipatralu whether they have given assurance certificates or not.
- This has got the approval of the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Amaravathi.
