2. In view of the above. District Level Teacher Trainings are scheduled to be held from 09-10-2018 to 13-10-2018. Objectives of Training, guidelines, District-wise No. of participants and Unit Cost are enclosed herewith to conduct the In-service Teacher Trainings smoothly.

OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAININGS:-
To provide capacity building for 9907 teachers including Headmasters in the state as per training needs identification through online survey.
To provide capacity building for 7516 Mathematics and Science teachers in the state as per need
To provide content enrichment in Mathematics and Science Subjects
To provide knowledge of proper utilization of QR Code in Textbooks in regular teaching learning process. To enhance laboratory material development skills and utilization techniques. To orient on conduct of subject specific project works by the students in respective subjects.
GUIDELINES:-
- The in-service teacher training programme (residential) covers 8th to 10th class subject teachers and HMs.
- The Training programme will cover teacher working under all managements of schools (except un aided schools).
- Training will be for (5) days for all subject teachers including Headmasters.
- DEOs should coordinate with Course Coordinator and closely monitor for smooth and effective conduct of training programme.
- DEOs has to identify the good venues with all commodities like safe drinking water , toilets. running water, electricity, fans, sanitation facilities with bedding facilities.
- DEOs should arrange biometric machines at all venues and take attendance for both RPs and participants once at 9.00 AM and once at 7.00 PM Day wise attendance should submit to the Director, SCERT by 3.00 PM every day.
- Course Coordinator should not allow any inaugural function.
- DEO can arrange guest lecturers by the eminent educational reputed persons in the field of Yoga, Physical Literacy etc.,
- Participants are not allowed to leave training centre at nights as it is residential training.
- DEOs are ensure that it is suggested to identify the separate venues for each subject at district head quarter however at their convince.
- DEO/ Coordinator are ensure that the section limit should not exceed 50 participants and not less than 30 participants.
