- Attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the state are invited to the reference 15th read above, and they informed that, vide reference 10th cited, Government issued orders for implementing the orders of the Hon'ble APAT in OA.No.4336/2016 for sanction of Notional Seniority on with, the candidates recruited through the DSC-2008 in respect if Dilshad Begum Shaik and another.
- Further, the Government directed to extend the orders issued in the reference 10th cited to the similar cases (4580) also, i.e., the teachers who were appointed later dates due to non-availability of vacancies in DSC 2008.
- Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the state are directed to take further necessary action accordingly as ordered by the Government immediately and report compliance.
