All teachers and Headmasters from Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools (Govt., MPP, ZPP) are expected to take this course compulsorily.

- Attention to all District Education Officers, with the aim to ensure that capacity building of all teachers in the state can be carried out simultaneously, SCERT has decided to release online courses on the DIKSHA platform, that can be accessed by all teachers using their Andhra Pradesh e-Knowledge Exchange (APeKX) IDs. The objective is to ensure that all teachers in the state can be trained on a continuous basis. Online courses also ensure that teachers can complete the course in their own home without having to attend in-person workshops for training.
- As part of this initiative, SCERT has created an online course on DIKSHA for the dissemination of the results of the NAS and SLAS surveys.
- Sensitize teachers about large scale assessments such as SLAS and NAS
- a. Provide information on students' performance in these assessments b. Introduce post NAS interventions (Reading and understanding assessments, developing Learning Outcome based classroom strategies etc.) C. Enable teachers make targeted and informed interventions to enhance student learning and performance in subsequent assessments.
- The completion of this course is essential for teachers to utilize assessment results and insights to improve their students' learning levels.

- Opening of Course - May 1st
- Deadline for Enrolment - May 7th
- Course Ends - May 31st
- All teachers must enroll for the course before May 7th and complete the course before May 31st. The course will be closed down on May 31st.
- The progress of teachers will be tracked on a weekly basis.
- The course will be made available on DIKSHA, the national platform for digital teacher training content. Teachers can login to DIKSHA using their APeKX IDs. Instructions on how to use DIKSHA through APeKX and how to access these courses are mentioned in Annexure 1
- 1. In order to ensure the maximum uptake and consumption of the online course, all District Educational Officers are hereby instructed to follow the below guidelines:
- 2. Instruct all headmasters to ensure that all teachers download the DIKSHA App and/or learn how to login and enrol for the course before May 1st with the help of the videos (links given above).
- 3. Instruct all headmasters to ensure that all teachers from their schools enrol for the course before May 7th and complete the course before May 31st without fail.
- 4. Instruct all Deputy Education Officers and Mandal Education Officers to ensure that all primary teachers download the DIKSHA App and/or learn how to login and enrol for the course before May 1st with the help of the videos (links given above).
- 5. Instruct all Deputy Education Officers and Mandal Education Officers that all teachers enrol for the course before May 7th and complete the course before May 31st without fail.
- 6. Follow up every week till May 31st to ensure that all teachers enrol and complete the course.

- 1. Ensure that you and all the teachers in your school download the DIKSHA App and/or learn how to login and enroll for the course before May 1st with the help of the videos (links given above).
- 2. Ensure that all teachers from your school enroll for the course before May 7th and complete the course before May 31st without fail.

- 1. Each teacher must login to DIKSHA using his/her APEKX ID. In case a teacher does not have an APeKX ID, he/she must create the same using his/her mobile number or Treasury ID. Follow the videos above for the detailed procedure.

- 1. Enrol for the batch named after your district.
- 2. Open the course and start watching it. The course consists of video modules, reports and assessments.
- 4. Each course is split into units. A plan for course completion is available in the annexure. Teachers must follow the timelines mentioned in the plan.
- 3. Watch the video modules and read the report cards that are a part of the course.
- 4. Assessments based on the content of the videos and documents are a part of the course. The questions in the assessments are in multiple choice questions format. All teachers must answer the assessment questions.
- 5. Feedback will be taken at the end of some/all units. Teachers must fill the feedback forms.
