Sub: Services Welfare - Picketing of Employees and Teachers before Collectorates on 01.09.2018 demanding abolition of Contributory Pension Scheme - Request for treating Mass Casual Leave as Earned Leave - Reg. Ref: From the Chairman, Joint Action Committee of Employees, Teachers, Workers and Pensioners, Andhra Pradesh representation dated 03.10.2018- In the circumstances stated by the Chairman, Joint Action Committee of Employees, Teachers, Workers and Pensioners, Andhra Pradesh in the representation cited, Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission for treating the absence of the Govt employees, who participated in the picketing programme before the Collectorates for abolition of Contributory Pension Scheme, on 01.09.2018, as Earned Leave.
