Read the following:

• 1. G.O.Ms.No.10 dated:18-10-2011of the Information Technology & Communications (Infrastructure) Department.
• 2. From the Special Commissioner, Gram/Ward Volunteers& Village/Ward Secretariat Department Tadepalli, Guntur District. Lr.REV10-12038/152/2019-SDMA- REVDM/Village/ Ward Secretariat dt.03.12.2019

ORDER

• In the circumstances stated in the reference 2nd read above, after careful examination of the matter, the Government hereby issue the amendment to the G.O.Ms.No.10, IT&C(Infra) Department Dt:18-10-2011 in extension to rule no.2(b)and 2(c), the following shall be added as 2(b)(i)and 2(c)(i): -

AMENDMENT 

1. 2(b)(i) All the Village/Ward Secretariats are Authorized Agents for the delivery of the Electronic Services/Certificates in the Village/Ward Secretariats in accordance with rules prescribed in GO 1st read above.
2. 2(c)(i) The Special Commissioner, Gram/Ward Volunteers & Village/Ward Secretariat Department, Government of AP, is also authorised as Service provider for the delivery of the Electronic Services/Certificates in the Village/Ward Secretariats in accordance with rules prescribed in GO 1st read above.
