- I wish to state that the Government in the reference 19 cited have accorded permission for upgradation of 10224 posts of Language Pandit Gr. Il to that of School Assistant (Languages) and 2603 posts of Physical Education Teacher to that of School Assistant (Physical Education) in the pay scale of Rs.28940-78910 in the Revised Pay Scales 2015, which shall be filled by promotion with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.SE) Dept. Vide their U.O.No. 41022/161/2018, dated 15.12.2018.
- The Government in the reference 2nd cited, have accorded permission to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. to implement the GO 15 cited by allowing promotions within the parent management duly following the prescribed guidelines Accordingly, all the District Educational Officers in the state have take up the process and posted eligible
- Further, I submit that some of the teacher unions informed that the salaries are not released to the teachers who are posted in the upgraded posts due to non receipt of the instructions from the Director Treasures and Accounts, Andhra Pradesh.
- In view of the above, I request to kindly issue necessary instructions to the District Treasuries towards payment of salaries to the teachers posted in the upgraded posts as per G.O. Ms.No.91 dated 17-12-2018 and GO Ms.No.77 dated 30-10-2019. Relevant copies of the G.Os are here with enclosed for kind information.
