An Act further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Public Libraries Act* 1960. Be It enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh In - the Thirty Eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows 1. This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Public Libraries (Second Amendment) Act, 1987. After section 12 of the Andhra Pradesh Public Libraries Act, 1960, the following section shall be inserted, namely
