కరోనా లాక్‌డౌన్‌ నిబంధనలను దశల వారీగా సడలిస్తున్న కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం తాజాగా అన్‌లాక్‌ 3.0 మార్గదర్శకాలు విడుదల చేసింది. ఈ మేరకు కేంద్ర హోం శాఖ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేసింది. జూలై 31తో అన్‌లాక్‌ 2.0 గడువు ముగియనుండటంతో.. కేంద్రం తాజా మార్గదర్శకాలు విడుదల చేసింది. అన్‌లాక్‌ 3.0లో రాత్రిపూట ఉన్న కర్ఫ్యూను పూర్తిగా తొలగించారు. అయితే కంటైన్‌మెంట్‌ జోన్లలో ఆగస్టు 31వరకు లాక్‌డౌన్‌ను కఠినంగా అమలు చేయనున్నట్టు కేంద్రం స్పష్టం చేసింది.

ORDER
- Whereas, an Order of even number dated 29.06.2020 was issued for containment of COVID-19 in the country, for a period up to 31.07.2020; Whereas, in exercise of the powers under section 6(2)(i) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has directed the undersigned to issue an order to re-open more activities in areas outside the Containment Zones and to extend the lockdown in Containment Zones upto 31.08.2020; Now therefore, in exercise of the powers, conferred under Section 10(2)(1) of the Disaster Management Act 2005, the undersigned hereby directs that guidelines on Unlock 3, as annexed, will be in force upto 31.08.2020.
మార్గదర్శకాలు..
- స్కూళ్లు, కాలేజీలు, కోచింగ్‌ సెంటర్లు ఆగస్టు 31 వరకు మూసివేత
- ఆగస్టు 5 నుంచి యోగా సెంటర్లు, జిమ్‌లకు అనుమతి
- సినిమా హాళ్లు, స్విమ్మింగ్‌ పూల్స్, బార్స్‌, మెట్రో రైలు మూసివేత కొనసాగింపు(అయితే పరిస్థితులను అంచనా వేసి వీటి అనుమతులపై నిర్ణయం తీసుకోనున్నట్టు కేంద్రం తెలిపింది)
- సాధారణ అంతర్జాతీయ ప్రయాణాలపై నిషేధం కొనసాగింపు
- కంటైన్‌మెంట్‌ జోన్లలో అంక్షలు కొనసాగింపు
- భౌతిక దూరం, వైద్య నిబంధనలు పాటిస్తూ స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ వేడుకలు జరుపుకోవచ్చు.
- సామాజిక, రాజకీయ, క్రీడా, వినోద, మత పరమైన సమావేశాలపై నిషేధం కొనసాగింపు(అయితే పరిస్థితులను అంచనా వేసి వీటి అనుమతులపై నిర్ణయం తీసుకోనున్నట్టు కేంద్రం తెలిపింది)
