In pursuance to the orders in the references cited above, the following Mandal Level Accountants are hereby deputed to attend for preliminary auditing of selected Mana Badi Nadu Nedu schools in the District from 10.08.2020 to 21.08.2020 to which allotted to the undersigned as APC, Samagra Shiksha, Visakhapatnam as detailed below.
The Mandal Level accountants are here by instructed to attend their assigned duties as per action plan as shown against each without fail and submit the reports in the attached format to the APC, Samagra Shiksha, Visakhapatnam after completion of the programme without fail.
Further, they should ensure on the following during the assigned duty timings.

ACTION PLAN FOR CONDUCTING OF PRELIMINARY AUDITING OF MANABADI NADU NEDU BY MANDAL LEVEL ACCOUNTANT IN THE DISTRICT FROM 10.08.32020 to 21.08.2020The Mandal Level accountants are here by instructed to attend their assigned duties as per action plan as shown against each without fail and submit the reports in the attached format to the APC, Samagra Shiksha, Visakhapatnam after completion of the programme without fail.
Further, they should ensure on the following during the assigned duty timings.
- 1. Should attend all the phone calls received from the officials/District administration at any time.
- 2. They should not take any leave without permission of the undersigned.
- The Mandal Educational Officers are requested to relieve the Mandal Level Accountants from 10.08.2020 to 21.08.2020. All MEOs are requested to provide accommodation and refreshments to the preliminary auditing teams.
