KGBV Teachers Transfers Guidelines 2020 - AP KGBV Teachers CRTs PETs PGTs SOs Transfer Guidelines Guidelines for Replacement of Teaching Staff working in KGBVs for 2020-21 The following guidelines shall be applicable to Teaching staff working in KGBVs i.e., Special Officers, CRTs, PETs and PGTs (part-time).
1. The following categories shall be taken precedence in the seniority list in the order given below, irrespective of their entitlement points.
1. Physically challenged i.e., those with not less than 70% Visually Challenged/ Orthopedically-challenged/ Hearing Impaired.
2. Widows/Legally separated woman
2. All resultant vacancies arising during Replacement.
3. Vacancies existing due to authorised / unauthorized absence of Teaching Staff of KGBV for more than 1 year.
4. The list of category wise schools (I, II, III & IV).
5. The list of Post category wise school wise vacancies.
6. The Seniority list of applicants post category wise and subject wise with entitlement points.
Note: Leave period vacancies likely to arise due to Maternity leave, medical leave should not to be displayed or filled in this counselling.
V Application:
1. The Teaching staff of KGBVs shall apply for replacement in the prescribed Format of Application.
2. Applications received as on the prescribed date shall only be considered for replacement and processed.
3. All the Replacement shall be processed and Replacement orders will be issued by the District Level Committee constituted for this purpose in each district.

KGBV Teachers Transfers Guidelines 2020 - AP KGBV Teachers CRTs PETs PGTs SOs Transfer Guidelines Guidelines for Replacement of Teaching Staff working in KGBVs for 2020-21 The following guidelines shall be applicable to Teaching staff working in KGBVs i.e., Special Officers, CRTs, PETs and PGTs (part-time).- 1. The Teaching staff working in KGBVs who have completed a minimum period of two years of service in a particular KGBV as on 01.11.2020 shall be eligible to apply for Request Replacement.
- 2. The number of completed years of service as on 01.11.2020, in a particular KGBV for Station seniority and in a particular cadre for Service seniority shall be taken for calculation.
- 3. The KGBV Teaching Staff who are replaced on disciplinary and administrative grounds previously shall not be considered for Replacement at present.
- 4. Replacement shall be made by the District Level Committee within the district only.
- 5. In respect of Inter-District Replacement, application shall be submitted to the State Project Director, AP., along with remarks of the APCs concerned, in addition to applying to the District which he/she desires Replacement.
- 6. When the service points are equal and in case of Tie, the date of birth shall be considered and priority shall be given to the Senior in age
- Category – I All Habitations/Towns where 20% and above HRA is admissible to Government Employees - For every year of Service in Category I- 1 point.
- Category – II All Habitations/Towns where 14.5% and above HRA is admissible to Government Employees.- For every year of Service in Category II - 2 points.
- Category – III Where Bus facility available - For every year of Service in Category III - 3 points.
- Category-IV Where Bus facility is not available- For every year of Service in Category IV 5 points.
- a. The District Level committee shall follow the list of habitations declared by the office of DEO as category IV for effecting transfers in the previous years till now for the purpose of calculating the points.
- b. However, the Committee shall declare the list of Category -IV habitations afresh now, for the purpose of calculating the points for the present Replacements. The decision of the Committee is final.
- 1. Unmarried woman – 5 Extra Points.
- 2. KGBV Teaching staff whose spouse belongs to State Government / Central Government / Public sector undertaking / Local body/ AP Residential Educational Institutions societies/ Aided Institution / A.P. Model Schools and working in the same district – 5 Extra points.
- 3. (a) Physically challenged i.e., those with not less than 40% to 55% Visually challenged/Orthopedically challenged /Hearing impaired - 5 -Extra Points.
- b) Physically challenged i.e those with not less than 56% to 69% Visually challenged/Orthopedically handicapped /Hearing impaired -10 - Extra Points.

4. Applicants having dependents i.e., Mother, Father, children, Spouse who are mentally retarded and undergoing treatment.

5. Children suffering with Holes in the heart by birth and undergoing medical treatment available only at specified places to which they are seeking Transfers.

7. Spouse of the service person in Army/Navy/Air, Force/BSF/CRPF/CISF.
2. Where the preferential category is claimed on health grounds as per the above guidelines, a certificate from District Medical Board / Superintendent of Regional / State Level Institution / Hospital State Medical Board should be produced.

4. Muscular Dystrophy
7. Spouse of the service person in Army/Navy/Air, Force/BSF/CRPF/CISF.
