Teachers Transfers - High Court directed CSE to Consider on showing all places as vacancies
- This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not showing all places as vacancies for general transfers of teachers in all the Schools of Anantapur District, as illegal and arbitrary.
- 2. Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Government Pleader for School Education appearing for the respondents. With the consent of the counsel for both parties, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the stage of admission.
- 3. The counsel for the petitioners submits that with regard to transfer of Teachers, all places, which are vacant, are not being shown in the list of places of transfer. He further submits that in that regard the petitioners gave representations dated 28.9.2020 and 14.10.2020 to the respondents and the same are kept pending.
- 4. Hence, in view of the above circumstances, there shall be a direction to the fifth respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 28.9.2020 and 14.10.2020 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
- 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous application, if any, shall stand closed.
2019 & 2020 ప్రమోషన్ స్థానాలు చూపించాలనే దాని పై హై కోర్ట్ ఉత్తర్వులలో "to Consider" అని మాత్రమే డైరెక్షన్ ఇచ్చారు. అనగా రూల్స్ ప్రకారం డిపార్ట్మెంట్ నిర్ణయం తీసుకొనే స్వేచ్ఛ ఉంది.
