The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India has issued guidelines for phased reopened due to continued COVID-19 pandemic situation. Accordingly, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has decided to continue the distribution of Dry Ration comprising of

1. For 25 working days in the month of September -2020:
- a. Food Grains:2.5 kg for Primary, 3.75 kg for Upper Primary and High School Students )
- b. Red Gram Dal:Worth of Rs.124.25 for Primary and Rs. 186.25 for Upper Primary & High School Students)
- c. Supply of Eggs: Total No.of Eggs (14) to be supplied.
- d.Supply of Chikkies: Total No.of Chikkies (13) to be supplied
- a.Food Grains:1.3 kg for Primary , 1.95 kg for Upper Primary and High School Students )
- b.Red Gram Dal:Worth of Rs.64.61 for Primary and Rs.96.85 for Upper Primary & High School Students)
- c. Supply of Eggs: Total No.of Eggs (07) to be supplied
- d.Supply of Chikkies:Total No.of Chikkies (06) to be supplied
- It is informed that the above Dry Ration consisting of above items to be distribute to all the parents of eligible children by involving Volunteers and Educational Welfare Assistant of Village/Ward Secretariat of Education Department by following the COVID-19 precautions strictly and keeping in view the restrictions imposed due to lockdown of the Country/State.
- In this connection, it is to inform that procurement of the Red Gram Dal shall be made through the District Purchase Committee headed by the Joint Collector concerned for the entire quantity of respective District
- Further, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to continue the distribution of Dry Ration consisting of above items under "Jagananna Gorumudda" Scheme to the eligible students duly taking the proper acknowledgements from the parents and to maintain the proper documentation and upload the details in MDM app compulsory without fail.
