- 2. G.O.Rt.No.17,HM&FW(I.1)Department, Dated:11.01.2021. 3. Orders of the Hon'ble High Court, in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in W.P.No.18429 of 2020 Dated.09/10/2020 & W.P.No.20717 of 2020 Dated:26.11.2020.
ORDER:
- In the circumstances reported by the CEO, Dr.YSR AHCT and in compliance with the orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in W.P.No.18429 of 2020, Dated.09.10.2020 and W.P.No.20717 of 2020 Dated:26.11.2020, Government after examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to the CEO, Dr.YSRAHCT, Guntur for inclusion of treatment of COVID-19 under Medical Reimbursement Scheme within the State and outside the State (Hyderabad, Bengaluru & Chennai), subject to ceiling the amount up to Rs.2.00 lakhs in terms of G.O.Ms.No.105, HM&FW Department, Dated:09.04.2007 and G.O.Ms.No.397, HM&FW Department, Dt:14.11.2008.
- 2. The Chief Executive Officer, Dr.YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust, A.P., Guntur shall take necessary action accordingly.
- 3. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU, HM&FW) Department, vide their U.O.No.No.42028/33/FMU.HM&FW/2016, Computer No:47631, Dated.21/01/2021.
