Sub:- APSEC - Ordinary Elections to Urban Local Bodies - Permission to the Employees to  cast their votes by granting 2 or 3 hours permission on the day of poll - Regarding. 
Ref:- Representation dated 08.03.2021 of State General Secretary, JACTO.

• In the reference cited, the State General Secretary, Joint Action Committee of Teacher Organizations, Andhra Pradesh has made a request that the State Election Commission to grant on duty' facility to the Employees / Teachers to cast their votes.
• The State Election Commission, after careful examination of the representation, hereby requests the Collectors and District Election Authorities to consider the request made by the Employees / Teachers for granting of permission for two (2) or three (3) hours on the day of poll in the elections to Urban Local Bodies on 10.3.2021, to enable them to cast their votes in the ULB where they are having vote. Such requests shall be accompanied by a proof with regard to their enrolment as voters.
