The attention of all the District Educational Officers & Additional project Coordinators in the State are hereby informed that the., www.apteachers.in We Love Reading,, campaign is being implementing in the State to promote Foundational Reading Skills among the Students of Classes- III-IX.
Further informed that to examine the reading skills of Students, a baseline assessment for all Students of Classes III - VIII is proposed to be conducted. Assessments for Students of Class IX were already conducted. Therefore, all the District Educational Officers & Additional Project Coordinators in the State are hereby requested to issue necessary instructions to all the Head Masters/ Principals of all Schools under their control to conduct class room assessment for all Students of Classes III-VIII so as to examine the reading skills of Students in the State. The details are as follows: -
Further informed that to examine the reading skills of Students, a baseline assessment for all Students of Classes III - VIII is proposed to be conducted. Assessments for Students of Class IX were already conducted. Therefore, all the District Educational Officers & Additional Project Coordinators in the State are hereby requested to issue necessary instructions to all the Head Masters/ Principals of all Schools under their control to conduct class room assessment for all Students of Classes III-VIII so as to examine the reading skills of Students in the State. The details are as follows: -
- The Head Master shall take one copy of assessment tool and data capturing formats in printed form for each class. Data capturing formats are available in the given website.
- The Head Master/ any nominated Teacher conduct the assessment of all Students of Class III-VIII of respective Schools.
- The respective Class Teacher shall prepare the Student Assessment data sheet attached and thereafter fill up the same in consolidated school report card.
- The captured class wise/ student wise assessment data shall be uploaded in the online platform by using school login at https://schooledu.ap.gov.in/SIMSSERVICES21/
- Visit the website login by entering school username and password, select services> select Baseline marks entry > enter child ID and start entering student assessment levels.
- Necessary records of class wise/ student wise assessments shall be properly maintained.
- The Schedule of baseline-assessment is tabulated as follows: -
Necessary expenditure for taking xerox copies ot assessment tools@1 copy per class to be incurred from available School Management cost of respective schools.
In view of the above, all the District Educational officers in the State are requested to prepare schedule for conduct of Baseline assessment to Students of Classes of III - VIII keeping in view of the Election dates as per their convenience from 1st to 15th March 2021 under intimation to this office in the prescribed format as follows:
చదవడం మాకిష్టం - ప్రారంభ పరీక్ష - మార్గదర్శకాలు
చదవడం మాకిష్టం లో భాగంగా 3 నుండి 9 తరగతుల బాలలందరికీ ప్రారంభ పరీక్ష నిర్వహించాలి.- ప్రధమ్ వారు రూపొందించిన ప్రశ్న పత్రంతో ప్రారంభ పరీక్ష జరపాలి. ప్రశ్న పత్రాలు 4 ఉంటాయి,
- సాంపిల్-1 మూడవ తరగతికి,
- సాంపిల్-2 నాలుగు అయిదు తరగతులకు,
- సాంపిల్-3 ఆరు, ఏడు తరగతులకు,
- సాంపిల్-4 ఎనిమిది తొమ్మిది తరగతులకు ఉపయోగించాలి.
- తొమ్మిదవ తరగతికి నవంబర్ లో పరీక్ష పెట్టినట్లయితే అవసరంలేదు.
- ప్రశ్న పత్రంలో నాలుగు విభాగాలుంటాయి. మొదటి విభాగంలో పూర్తి స్థాయి కథాంశం రెండో విభాగంలో వాక్యాలు మూడో విభాగంలో పదాలు నాలుగో విభాగంలో అక్షరాలూ ఉంటాయి.
- ప్రశ్న పత్రం ఉపాధ్యాయుని దగ్గర మాత్రమే ఉంటుంది. పిల్లలకు ఇవ్వబడదు.
- ఇది పఠన సామర్ధ్యాన్ని పరిశీలించే పరీక్ష కాబట్టి ఒక్కొక్క విద్యార్ధితో వ్యక్తిగతంగా చదివించి స్థాయిని నిర్ధారించాలి.
- ప్రశ్న పత్రంలోని మొదటి విభాగం పూర్తి స్థాయి కథాంశాన్ని మొదటగా చదివించాలి.
ఈ విభాగాన్ని చదివించేటపుడు దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకోవలసిన అంశాలు.
- విడి విడి పదాలుగా కాకుండా వాక్యం మొత్తాన్ని చదవాలి.
- విరామ చిహ్నాలను పాటిస్తూ చదవాలి.
- కూడబలుక్కుని చదివినట్లుగా ఉండరాదు.
- పదాలు స్పష్టంగా, ఉచ్చారణ దోషాలు లేకుండా చదవాలి. మొదటి భాగం చదవగలిగితే ఇక మిగిలిన విభాగాలు చదివించడం అవసరం లేదు. ఆ విద్యార్ధిని లెవల్-4 కు చెందినవానిగా గుర్తించాలి.
- మొదటి భాగం చదవలేకపోయినట్లయితే రెండవ విభాగంలోని వాక్యాలు చదివించాలి. ఈ విభాగం చదివించేటపుడు దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకోవాల్సిన అంశాలు
- విడి విడి పదాలుగా కాకుండా వాక్యం మొత్తం చదవాలి.
- అన్ని వాక్యాలు స్పష్టంగా చదవాలి.
- రెండవ విభాగం చదవగలిగితే మిగిలిన అంశాలు చదివించనవసరం లేదు.
- విద్యార్ధిని లెవల్-3 కు చెందిన వానిగా గుర్తించాలి.
- రెండవ విభాగం చదవలేనట్లయితే మూడవ విభాగంలోని పదాలు చదివించాలి.
మూడవ విభాగం చదివేటప్పుడు దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకోవలసిన అంశాలు
పట్టికలో ఇచ్చిన పదాలన్ని చదవాలి ఏపీటీచెర్స్ ఇన్ వెబ్సైటు
గుణింతం చెప్పుకుంటూ కాకుండా పదం మొత్తాన్ని ఒకేసారి చదవాలి.
గుణింతం చెప్పుకుంటూ కాకుండా పదం మొత్తాన్ని ఒకేసారి చదవాలి.
ఒక పదం తర్వాత మరొక పదం చదివేందుకు ఎక్కువ సేపు విరామం తీసుకోకూడదు.
మూడవ విభాగం చదవగలిగితే మిగిలిన అంశాలు చదివించనవసరం లేదు. విద్యార్ధి లెవల్-2 కు చెందిన వానిగా గుర్తించాలి.
మూడవ విభాగం చదవలేనట్లయితే నాలుగవ విభాగంలోని అక్షరాలను చదివించాలి.
నాలుగవ విభాగం చదివేటపుడు దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకోవాల్సిన అంశాలు.
పట్టికలో ఇచ్చిన అక్షరాలన్నిటిని చదవాలి.
విద్యార్ధి సొంతంగా చదవాలే తప్ప ఇతరుల సహాయం తీసుకోకూడదు.
పట్టికలో ఇచ్చిన అక్షరాలన్నిటిని చదవాలి.
విద్యార్ధి సొంతంగా చదవాలే తప్ప ఇతరుల సహాయం తీసుకోకూడదు.
నాలుగవ విభాగంలోని అక్షరాలను పూర్తిగా చదివినా, చదవలేకపోయినా విద్యార్ధిని లెవల్-1 కు చెందిన వానిగా గుర్తించాలి.
ఇదే విధంగా ఇంగ్లీషు మాధ్యమ ప్రశ్న పత్రం ద్వారా విద్యార్ధుల స్థాయిని పరిశీలించాలి.
- ఇంగ్లీషు మాధ్యమ ప్రశ్న పత్రంలో కూడా నాలుగు విభాగాలుంటాయి.
- మొదటిగా Sentence విభాగం చదివించాలి. సరిగా చదివినట్లయితే ఆ విద్యార్ధి పేరుకు ఎదురుగా ఉన్న L 4 గడిలో TiCK గుర్తించండి. ఆ విద్యార్ధితో మిగిలిన అంశాలు చదివించనవసరంలేదు.
- Sentence విభాగం చదవనట్లయితే Word విభాగం చదివించాలి. సరిగా చదివినట్లయితే L3 గదిలో ఈ గుర్తించండి.
- Words విభాగం చదవనట్లయితే Small Letters విభాగం చదివించాలి. సరిగా చదివినట్లయితే L2 గడిలో గుర్తించండి.
- Small letters విభాగం చదవనట్లయితే Capital Letters విభాగం చదివించాలి. పెద్ద అక్షరాలు చదివినా, చదవకపోయినా ఆ విద్యార్ధిని L1 గా గుర్తించాలి.
- ఒక్కొక్క విద్యార్ధికి కనీసం 10 నిమిషాలు కేటాయించాలి.
ఎలాంటి మార్కులు కేటాయించరాదు. కేవలం స్థాయిని మాత్రమే నమోదు చేయాలి. దాని కోసం నిర్ధారిత ప్రోఫార్మాను వినియోగించాలి. ప్రారంభ పరీక్ష అనంతరం తరగతిని 4 లెవల్స్ గా చేసి గ్రంథాలయ పుస్తకాలు చదివించడం, కృత్యాలు చేయించడం ద్వారా పిల్లలందరినీ లెవల్-4 కు చేరే విధంగా అభ్యసన ప్రక్రియలు కల్పించాలి.
