Clarification on AAS for 398 Spl Teachers Promoted as PSHM Memo 13027
Sub: School Education Dept - Request of SGTs for counting of seniority for promotion to the post of LFLHM from the date of appointment with consolidated pay of Rs.398/- as per G.O.Ms.No.21, dated 18.05.2010 - Reg.
Ref; From the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Lr.Rc.No.13027/78/2019-EST 3-CSE, Dated:27.02.2020.
In the circumstances reported by the Director of School Education, A.P. in the reference cited and after careful examination of the matter Government hereby direct the D.S.E. to take action in terms of the orders in G.O.Ms.No.21, Education (PE-SER.I) Dept dated 18.5.2010 for the purpose of Automatic Advancement Scheme and also for pensionary benefits only provided the teachers are fall under purview of the said G.O.
