Sir,
Please find enclosed representation received from Sri. Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, Advisor to Government (Public Affairs), addressed to the Hon'ble Chief Minster, requesting to instruct the Commissioner, School Education to keep 250 municipal teachers in their current posts until next general transfers take place as they have exempted from General transfer by the court interim orders.
Hence, it is requested to take necessary action in this matter.

Subject: - request sought for - Municipal merging teachers continue in the same school until further general transfers reg.

• Respected sir, Nearly 250 municipal teachers in the state have gone to court to have themselves merged into municipalities. They were exempted from General Transfers by court interim orders. Those 250 teachers were then added to the DEO pool due to the revocation of the interim orders. Pray that the Commissioner of School Education can be instructed to keep them in their current posts until next general transfers take place. Teachers have lost out on opportunities even though they have applied for regular transfers in the past.
