Teacher Suspended for Using Mobile Phone in Video Conference

- Whereas it has come to the notice of the undersigned who is the competent authority alleging that Sri. P.V.V.Prasad, SGT, M.P.P.School, Tarigoppula, Unguturu (M) has attended the Video Conference on 13.03.2021 convened by the Joint Collector (Devp.), Krishna district in connection with review on NADU-NEDU programme. During, the Video Conference the individual continuously using Cell Phone and not concentrated on the review which is one of the prestigious programme of the Government of Andhra Pradesh and it shows the individual is negligence and dereliction in his legitimate duties. And whereas disciplinary proceedings Sri. P.V.V.Prasad, SGT, M.P.P.School, Tarigoppula, Unguturu (M) are contemplated.
- And whereas the under signed after noticed the instructions from the Joint Collector (Devp.) Krishna district and having due regard to the circumstances of the case are satisfied and it is necessary that Sri. P.V.V.Prasad, SGT, M.P.P.School, Tarigoppula, Unguturu (M) be kept under suspension from service.
- Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by rule 8(1) AP civil services (CCA) rules 1991, the undersigned (appointing authority) hereby place Sri. P.V.V.Prasad, SGT, M.P.P.School, Tarigoppula, Unguturu (M) under suspension from the date of receipt of these orders and he shall continue under suspension until the conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings. The individual is further instructed that not to leave the Headquarters without prior permission of the undersigned during the suspension period. The Mandal Educational Officer, Unguturu is hereby instructed to draw and disburse the subsistence allowance to the individual as per rules in force until further orders.
