How to avail 5% Rebate in Municipal Tax for FY 2021-22 Property Tax
The attention of all the Commissioners of Urban Local Bodies in the State are invited to the references cited. In the reference 2nd cited, Government have accorded permission the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, AP, Guntur to issue instructions to all the Municipal Commissioners to generate the existing Property Tax Demand for the year 2021-22 enabling the Tax Payers to pay the existing Property Tax in the month of April, 2021 with 5% rebate, without re-assessing the Assessments as per the Capital Value System (CVS).

In this regard, all the Municipal Commissioners in the state are hereby directed to generate the existing Property Tax Demand for the year 2021-22 enabling the Tax Payers to pay the exiting Property Tax in the Month of April, 2021 with 5% rebate, without re-assessing the Assessments as per the Capital Value System (CVS). Further, they are also requested to download the integrated Property Tax, Water Charges, Sewerage Charges bill from ERP site and ensure that the same is served to the Tax Payers well in advance.
