In the reference 1st cited, Government have issued orders sanctioning a New Scheme named as “YSR Cheyutha” under “Navarathnalu” for sanction of financial assistance of Rs.75,000/- in four phases (in four years) to the women belonging to BC, SC, ST and Minority Communities who are in the age group of 45 to 60 years (except the women beneficiaries already covered under YSR Pension Kanuka) towards their financial empowerment, through various Welfare Corporations.
2. In the circumstances reported by the Chief Executive Officer, Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty, A.P., Vijayawada in the reference 3rd cited, and after careful examination of the matter contained therein, the Government hereby accept the following “Work Flow” along with SOP & Eligibility criteria for addition of New members who are entering in to the age of 45 Years, deletion of Deceased Beneficiaries from the existing list, and removal of beneficiaries who have Crossed 60 Years of age for implementation of “YSR Cheyutha” Scheme:-

Holding of a Video conference by the Principal Secretary, PR & RD if required with all the Corporation Managing Directors and GSWS on Mobile application modules screen developed by GSWS for data collection of women beneficiaries who are entering into the Age of 45 years as on 12th August for addition, collection of data of deceased existing beneficiaries and the beneficiaries who have crossed 60 years for deletion from existing data base.

Training on SOP (Standard operational procedure) data collection of women beneficiaries who are entering into the age of 45 as on 12th August and collection of deceased existing beneficiaries for deletion from the existing data base and removal of present beneficiaries who were Crossed 60 Years of age, to the MPDOs and Municipal commissioners, welfare & Education Assistant (WEA) Ward welfare & Development secretaries (WWDS) and village/ward Volunteers on identification process through mobile app.

Discussions held with MNCs for extending end to end tie up, hand holding support for YSR Cheyutha Beneficiaries, Shortly MoUs will be entered with these MNCs.
