All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are aware that the government have issued certain guidelines in the references cited regarding school preparedness and learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic.
2. Accordingly, SCERT has prepared class wise, medium wise and subject wise worksheets and complied as booklets for each medium in each class to impart teaching learning process and academic plan to deliver online education from 15th July, 2021 covering for 6 weeks of practice. The details of the booklets are as below.
Level I : For Classes 1 to 2
Level II : For Classes 3 to 5
From Class VI onwards booklets for each class both in Telugu and English Media (Total 12 booklets). These booklets are prepared based on the previous classes learning outcomes of respective class.
3. Further, all the District Educational Officers in the state are directed to print and supply the booklets to all the students from classes 1 to 10 through the District Common Examination Boards concerned based on the enrolment during 2020-21 by assuming that 100% promotion of students to the next class duly following the Samagra Shiksha norms for printing.

7. The Director, SCERT is requested to handover the soft copies of the above worksheet booklets in PDF format to the Secretaries of District Common Examination Boards on or before 10th July, 2021.
8. The Regional Joint Directors of School Education are requested to monitor the entire process.
9. The District Educational Officers and Additional Project Officers of Samagra Shiksha are requested to ensure that the workbook booklets are reached to the students, done by the students and corrected by the teachers concerned up to reopening of schools.
